Following IBM’s partnership with Cohesity, and the subsequent launch of IBM Defender Data Protect, we’re launching our powerful Cyber Recovery Orchestration tools to work with both products. That means you can now get our cyber grading, machine learning threat detection, automated recovery testing and more for Cohesity, IBM Data Protect, and IBM Storage Protect.
Earlier this year, R12.1 introduced our powerful indexing with the capability to index your entire backup estate. R12.2 put the index to work by searching it for all known malware signatures every day. R12.3 brings greater visibility with the cyber index widget. Now you can see the results of your daily index search from your dashboard. And of course… all of our cyber indexing capabilities work with Cohesity, IBM Data Protect, and IBM Storage Protect.
RedFox R12.3 now includes node history timelines. This means you can see the infection history of every node to understand which backup copies were validated as clean, which were infected, and importantly which weere untested. Users can trigger point-in-time recoveries directly from the timeline.
We’re quite fond of Predatar Orange, but it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. In celebration of our new support for Cohesity and IBM Defender Data Protect you can now choose a Cohesity green or IBM blue theme for your Predatar GUI. So, now Red Fox really is available in green… blue, and more colours too!
